TERMS AND CONDITIONS   
SPEND AND RECEIVE A $10 Farmers Shore City GIFT VOUCHER

  1. The Promoter is Shore City Shopping Centre PTY Limited (Shore City) located at the corner of 52 – 56 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland.
  2. The Promotion is called “SHORE CITY SUPER WEEKEND FESTIVAL”.  SPEND $30 or MORE IN ONE TRANSACTION at any participating  Shore City retailer to  receive one of 200 x $10 FARMERS SHORE CITY GIFT VOUCHERS” whilst stocks last.
  3. The Promotional Period is from 9:00 AM  Thursday 7 November 2024 to 6 PM to Friday 8 November 2024 inclusive.
  4. Information on the Farmers Shore City Gift Voucher and how to receive them form part of these conditions of entry.
  5. Customers will be asked for first name, suburb, how did you hear about the promotion, are you a Shore City VIP member for internal use only.
  6. Customers MUST present their Shore City participating retailer receipt with single transaction spend of $30 and more during the promotional period to the Customer Service Desk Level 2 to receive one of the 200 Farmers Shore City $10 Gift Vouchers. There are 200 x $10 Farmers Shore City Gift Vouchers to be given away.
  7. $30 purchase and over in one transaction excludes all gift cards, mobile phone top-ups or bills, cash-out, Layby instalment (except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Offer Period), and Lotto receipts from New World Metro. 
  8. One $10 voucher per transaction of at least $30 (not for multiples of $30 in a single receipt, e.g., a $60 purchase does not qualify for two vouchers). Limit one voucher per person, per day, per receipt, for use on a single purchase. 
  9. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  10. The Farmers Shore City Gift Vouchers are valid with a minimum purchase of $15 for $10 off any purchase made at Farmers Shore City only. The $10 Farmers Shore City Gift Voucher must be used by Sunday the 17 November 2024 on one purchase. Unspent Farmers Shore City gift vouchers will not be accepted by Farmers Shore City after this date. 
  11. There are 200 x $10 Farmers Shore City Vouchers available during the promotional period with 200 x $10 Farmers Shore City Gift Vouchers allocated to be given for the entire 2-day duration of the promotion. Once stock is exhausted the promotion will conclude. Gift Vouchers are dated and numbered with validity date set out to 17th November 2024.

  12. There is a limit of one voucher per person, per single $30 or more in one transaction per day.
  13. The $10 Farmers Shore City Gift Voucher cannot be combined (e.g. two times $10 Gift Vouchers from two different recipients’ who redeemed against their $30 purchase) for a single purchase during the promotion period.
  14. The Promoter, the owners and managers of Shore City and their employees and contractors; participating retailers and their Shore City employees, contractors, and their immediate families; or any of the persons and entities set out above and associated agencies of the Promoter and Shore City Shopping Centre are not eligible to enter.
  15. No responsibility is accepted for late or misdirected entries.
  16. Receipts will not be accepted by mail.
  17. The Farmers Shore City Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable and is non-transferable.
  18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a variation in the value of the vouchers or the suitability of the voucher for its intended purpose and the customer accepts the voucher on an as is basis.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.
  20. The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury that may arise in any way from the use of the Farmers Shore City Gift Vouchers or the conduct of the promotion. The customer must, on demand, indemnify and keep indemnified, the promoter, its subsidiaries, employees, advisers and agents against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses reasonably or lawfully suffered or incurred by the Promoter due to any loss, damage or arising out of this Promotion.
  21. The Promoter agrees to keep all personal details confidential obtained by the Promotion during the Promotional Period and agrees that such information will be used by the Promoter only.
  22. Under the Privacy Act we must tell you when we collect personal information about you and how we will use it. The Promoter will collect and use the personal information you have provided for conducting this competition and for advertising Shore City.
  23. The distribution of vouchers is at the discretion of Shore City Management and no further correspondence will be entered into.
